中医学认为儿童抽动障碍(TD)的基本病机为肝风内动,临床治疗注重整体观念和辨证论治,采用脏腑辨证为治疗原则,认为儿童TD病因病机复杂,临床表现多样,当在抓主症的基础上结合患儿的体质、病程、诱因、兼症及周围环境变化等进行动态辨证,以五脏为纲,抓核心病机,从而提高临床疗效。此外,在治疗儿童TD过程中,也当注重日常调护,以防病情迁延或复发。

Chinese medicine believes that the basic pathogenesis of children's Touret's Disease(TD)is liver wind and internal movement,and the overall concept and syndrome differentiation treatment are focused in clinical treatment,the use of internal organs syndrome differentiation as the principle of treatment.They believe that children's TD has complex etiology and mechanism,with diverse clinical manifestations,and that dynamic diagnosis should be carried out on the basis of the main symptom combined with the child's constitution,course of the disease,triggers,complications,and changes in the surrounding environment,etc.,so as to take the five internal organs syndrome differentiation as the outline and grasp the core mechanism,in order to improve the clinical efficacy.In addition,in the process of treating children with TD,attention should also be paid to daily care to prevent the disease from prolonging or recurring.
