新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情常态化防控时期在校医学生心理状况及其影响因素 被引量:1

Analysis on psychological status and influencing factors of medical students during novel coronavirus epidemic situation normalization prevention and control period

摘要 目的调查新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情常态化防控时期在校医学生的心理健康状况,并分析学生心理健康状况的影响因素,为医学教育教学改革提供学情数据。方法2021年9月,采用随机抽样调查法,选取齐齐哈尔医学院2940名在校医学生为调查对象,应用自制心理调查问卷及一般健康问卷12项(GHQ-12)进行心理测试,评价医学生的总体心理健康状况。采用χ^(2)检验及非条件二分类logistic回归方法分析在校医学生心理健康状况的影响因素。结果共回收有效问卷2621份,GHQ-12结果显示心理异常者208人,心理异常检出率为7.9%(208/2621)。单因素分析结果显示,不同性别(χ^(2)=12.982,P<0.01)、年级(χ^(2)=20.888,P<0.01)、核酸检测次数(χ^(2)=11.072,P<0.05)、每周户外运动时间(χ^(2)=8.518,P<0.05)、身边同学隔离人数(χ^(2)=18.653,P<0.01)、单独隔离经历(χ^(2)=4.239,P<0.05)、线上线下教学模式偏好(χ^(2)=8.618,P<0.01)、线上学习效率(χ^(2)=137.256,P<0.01)、线上线下交替授课的影响程度(χ^(2)=99.050,P<0.01)、对疫情关注程度(χ^(2)=44.376,P<0.01)的学生心理健康状况差异有统计学意义。经二分类logistic回归分析显示,在校医学生的线上线下交替学习适应程度越高,其心理健康程度越佳(OR=1.771,P<0.01);线上学习效率越高,面对突发疫情状况时心理健康状况越佳(OR=1.069,P<0.01)。结论新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控时期,大部分在校医学生的心理健康状况处于正常水平,少数学生出现不良心理状况,不良心理状况受性别、年级、疫情动态化防控、校园封闭化管理和学习方式转变等因素影响。在校医学生线上学习效率和对线上线下交替授课的适应能力与其心理健康程度呈正相关。 Objective To investigate the mental health status of medical students in schools during the normal prevention and control period of the novel coronavirus pneumonia(referred to as COVID-19),and analyze the influencing factors of students'mental health status,so as to provide new academic data for the reform of medical education and teaching.Methods In September,2021,2940 medical students in Qiqihar Medical College were selected by random sampling survey.A self-made psychological questionnaire and general health questionnaire GHQ-12(12-item general health questionnaire)were used to conduct psychological tests to evaluate the overall mental health of medical students.χ^(2) test and unconditional binary logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of mental health status of medical students in school.Results A total of 2621 valid questionnaires were collected,208 of which were positive for GHQ-12,and the positive detection rate was 7.9%(208/2621).The results of univariate analysis showed that gender(χ^(2)=12.982,P<0.01),grade(χ^(2)=20.888,P<0.01),nucleic acid detection times(χ^(2)=11.072,P<0.05),weekly outdoor exercise time(χ^(2)=8.518,P<0.05),preference of online and offline teaching mode(χ^(2)=8.618,P<0.01),online learning efficiency(χ^(2)=137.256,P<0.01),influence degree of online and offline alternate teaching(χ^(2)=99.050,P<0.01),attention degree to epidemic situation(χ^(2)=44.376,P<0.01)were significantly different.The binary logistic regression analysis showed that the higher the degree of adaptation to online and offline alternating learning,the better the degree of mental health of school medical students(OR=1.771,P<0.05).The higher the online learning efficiency,the better the mental health status in the face of the emergency situation(OR=1.069,P<0.01).Conclusion This study conducts statistical analysis on the online learning data of medical students in school to explore its actual situation and influencing factors.The research shows that during the epidemic,the online learning efficiency of medical students in school is positively correlated with their mental health.
