摘要 本文主要探讨了金属材料的塑性变形与合金及热处理强化机制之间的调控关系。首先,阐述了材料强化的相关原理,包括弹塑性变形、微观组织结构变化等。接着,深入分析了金属材料强化机制的几种主要类型,包括固溶强化、弥散强化和相变强化,并对其作用原理进行了阐述,解释了形变强化与合金及热处理强化机制的关系。 This article mainly explores the regulatory relationship between plastic deformation of metal materials and alloy and heat treatment strengthening mechanisms.Firstly,the basic concepts and principles of plastic deformation of metal materials were introduced,including elastic-plastic deformation,microstructural changes,etc.Subsequently,several main types of strengthening mechanisms for metal materials were analyzed in depth,including solid solution strengthening,dispersion strengthening,and phase transformation strengthening,and their working principles were explained,explaining the relationship between deformation strengthening and alloy and heat treatment strengthening mechanisms.
