摘要
创伤修复的治疗对缩短恢复时间、减少患者痛苦和预防并发症至关重要。S-亚硝基谷胱甘肽(S-nitrosoglutathione,GSNO)作为一氧化氮的天然供体,具有抗菌、抗炎和促进细胞增殖的作用,已逐渐成为创伤修复再生领域的研究热点。因此,了解GSNO在创伤修复中的作用机制可为将来开发治疗创伤的新疗法提供有力的依据。该文总结了GSNO在促进创伤修复中的研究进展,重点描述其抗菌活性、抗炎症反应和促进细胞增殖等方面的作用机制,还阐述了GSNO治疗创伤修复研究中的应用,以期为后续的深入研究提供思路。
The treatment of trauma repairing is essential to shorten recovery time,reduce patient suffering and prevent complications.S-nitrosoglutathione(GSNO),a natural donor of nitric oxide,has become a hot topic of research in the field of trauma repairing and regeneration because of its antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and cell proliferation-promoting effects.Therefore,understanding the mechanism of GSNO in trauma repairing can provide a strong basis for the development of new therapies for the treatment of trauma in the future.This paper summarizes the research progress of GSNO in promoting trauma repairing,focusing on the mechanism of its antibacterial activity,anti-inflammatory response and promotion of cell proliferation,and also describes the application of GSNO in the study of trauma repairing,in order to provide ideas for further research.
