中西医结合治疗犬青光眼的病例报告

Integrative Medicine for the Treatment of Canine Glaucoma: A Case Report

青光眼指一类眼压升高的疾病,中医属青风内障范畴,在犬、猫临床中较常出现。该病常见的治疗方法为西医保守药物治疗,严重者进行手术治疗,中西医结合治疗较为少见。笔者采取中西医结合的方式治疗1例犬青光眼病例,取得良好成效。本文对该病例报告进行归纳总结,以期为采用中西医结合方法治疗犬青光眼提供参考。

Glaucoma refers to a category of diseases characterized by elevated intraocular pressure,and it falls within the domain of traditional Chinese medicine as a type of Qingfeng cataract.It is a common condition in clinical practice among dogs and cats.The conventional treatment methods involve Western medicine with conservative drug therapy and,in severe cases,surgical intervention.However,the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of glaucoma is less commonly reported.In this paper,the author reported a case of canine glaucoma treated with integrative medicine(combining traditional Chinese veterinary medicine and Western medicine),achieving favorable outcomes.Consequently,this paper aims to provide insights and references for the combined approach in the treatment of glaucoma in dogs.
