在现代办公空间朝向生态化发展的趋势下,将生态办公理念融入企业总部基地规划设计势在必行。文章以岳阳企业总部基地为例,探讨如何设计出尊重自然、以人为本以及注重整体性和可持续性发展的生态化企业总部基地。首先了解企业总部基地的空间特征和生态化的发展趋势,在生态办公理念的指导下开展总部基地的规划设计,并以岳阳企业总部规划设计为例,介绍了在整体规划中尊重自然、以人为本、整体观念和可持续发展设计原则的应用。

Under the trend of ecological development of modern office space,it is imperative to integrate the concept of ecological office into the planning and design of“ABP”.This article takes Yueyang Advanced Business Park as an example to discuss how to design an ecological“ABP”that respects nature,puts the people first,and emphasizes integrity and sustainable development.First of all,this paper understands the spatial characteristics and ecological development trend of the“ABP”,and carries out the planning and design of the“ABP”under the guidance of the ecological office concept.Taking the planning and design of Yueyang Advanced Business Park as an example,it introduces the application of the design principles of respecting nature,people-oriented,holistic concept and sustainable development in the overall planning.
