设计辅助平台以“陪伴式”模式辅助水域岸线提升设计——以普陀区万里街道大场浦两岸提升设计为例

根据水域岸线基本功能形态以及要素提取,对生活、工业、生态、公共、配套五个功能赋予基础属性、生态属性、社会经济属性、交通属性、规划属性五个属性的评估标准。在评估方法上,包括定性评估与定量评估。定性评估是结合不同段落功能研判所得出的。例如,通过大场浦(交通路——新村路)段落的居住及文化服务功能研判,确立了以人为本的原则,以居民需求为核心出发点。通过大场浦(新村路——富平路)段落的商业配套功能研判,以打造商业服务相结合的公众性与开放性功能为出发点。

According to the basic functional forms and elements extraction of the water shoreline,the five functions of life,industry,ecology,public and supporting facilities are given the evaluation criteria of basic attributes,ecological attributes,social and economic attributes,traffic attributes and planning attributes.In the evaluation method,it includes qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation.Qualitative evaluation is obtained by combining the functional analysis of different paragraphs.For example,through the study and judgment of the residential and cultural service functions of Dachangpu(Traffic Road——Xincun Road)section,the principle of people-oriented has been established,with the needs of residents as the core starting point.Through the research and judgment of the commercial supporting functions of Dachangpu(Xincun Road——Fuping Road)section,the starting point is to create public and open functions that combine business and service.
