Problems and Measures for Protection and Development of National Key Ecological Functional Zones in Sichuan Province

为落实国家主体功能区战略要求,实现国家重点生态功能区生态环境保护和经济社会发展的有机统一,立足四川省国家重点生态功能区基本情况,分析其在保护与发展方面存在的问题,提出完善政府管理考核机制、保护修复生态空间、健全生态补偿制度体系及探索生态产品实现路径等四方面建议,为完善四川省国家重点生态功能区保护与发展模式,促进国家重点生态功能区高水平保护和高质量发展协调统一提供理论支撑。

In order to implement the strategic requirements for national key functional zones and pursue ecological environment protection and economic and social development in national key ecological functional zones in an organic and unified manner,this article analyzes the problems in protection and development of national key ecological functional zones in Sichuan Province based on their basic situations,and proposes suggestions for improving the government management and assessment mechanism,protecting and restoring ecological spaces,improving the ecological compensation system,and exploring ways to create ecological products,which provides theoretical support for improving the protection and development model of national key ecological functional zones in Sichuan Province,and promotes the coordinated and unified high-level protection and high-quality development of national key ecological functional zones.
