摘要
以沿海城市吹填造岛与地铁建设交叉工程为背景,从设计、施工等方面开展了地铁筑堰明挖相关技术可行性研究。根据盾构主要构件运输质量及尺寸讨论了钢便桥设计参数,研究了以黏性土为心墙的土石围堰结构以及考虑抗浮的明挖车站围护结构型式,对高水位情况下车站端头加固范围进行了详细论述,从理论上研究了吹填水位变化对围堰渗流路径、孔隙水压力等水力特性以及边坡安全性的影响。最后,通过现场的监控量测数据验证了海湾吹填区吹填作业与地铁明挖工程同步实施的可行性及安全性。
Based on the cross-project of hydraulic fill engineering and subway construction in a coastal city,the research was carried out on the open excavation technology using the cofferdam of subway station from the aspects of design and construction.According to the weight and size of the main components of the shield,the design parameters of the steel bridge are studied,the earth-rock cofferdam structure with clay as the core wall and the retaining structure type of the open-cut subway station considering the anti-floating are studied,and the main technical measures for the reinforcement range of the station end under the condition of high water level are discussed in detail.The influence of the change of the water level on the hydraulic characteristics such as the seepage path of the cofferdam,the pore water pressure and the slope safety factor is studied theoretically.The influence of water level change on cofferdam seepage and slope stability is studied.Finally,the safety and feasibility of synchronous implementation of blowing and filling operation in bay area and subway open excavation project are verified by the implementation results of monitoring and measurement.
