船体大开口平直空腔结构总段吊装加强方案优化

摘要 为增强船体大开口平直空腔结构总段结构强度,结合船体总段结构特点、吊码布置情况和吊装加强方案建立有限元模型,采用数值仿真模拟总段吊装,分析甲板与吊码区域的结构变形。根据预报结果对吊装加强方案进行优化,可为后续类似结构的吊装加强方案优化提供一定指导。 In order to strengthen the structural strength of hull block with large-opening flat cavity structure,a finite element model is established combined with the structural characteristics,lifting lug arrangement,and hoisting assembly strengthening scheme of hull block,and the block hoisting assembly is simulated with the numerical simulation to analyze the structural deformation of deck and lifting lug area.The optimization of hoisting assembly strengthening scheme is performed according to the forecast results,which can provide certain guidance for the optimization of hoisting assembly strengthening scheme of subsequent similar structures.
