知识产权保护、本土技术发展与企业出口技术复杂度

选取2007—2022年A股上市企业数据,探究知识产权保护对企业出口技术复杂度的影响。研究发现,知识产权保护可显著提升企业出口技术复杂度。机制检验结果表明,知识产权保护主要通过扩大技术市场规模、增强技术创新能力和提高技术发展质量,提升企业出口技术复杂度。异质性检验结果显示,知识产权保护对企业出口技术复杂度的促进作用会根据企业所有制、贸易方式和所处地域的不同而存在异质性,具体表现为对于外资企业、一般贸易企业和东部地区企业的促进作用更为显著。据此,要全面加强知识产权保护、构建本土技术创新发展高地、实施差异化知识产权保护政策。

Based on the data of A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2022,this study empirically tests the impact of intellectual property protection on the complexity of export technology for enterprises.Research has found that intellectual property protection can significantly increase the complexity of enterprises'export technology.The mechanism test results indicate that intellectual property protection mainly increases the complexity of enterprises'export technology by expanding the scale of the technology market,enhancing technological innovation capabilities,and improving the quality of technological development.The heterogeneity test results show that the promotion effect of intellectual property protection on the complexity of enterprises'export technology varies depending on the ownership,trade mode,and geographical location of the enterprise.Specifically,the promotion effect is stronger for foreign-funded enterprises,gene-ral trade enterprises,and enterprises in the eastern region.Based on this,it is necessary to comprehensively strengthen intellectual prop-erty protection,build a highland for local technological innovation and development,and implement heterogeneous intellectual property protection policies.
