数字经济发展与“双链”融合驱动模式转换

Digital Economy Development and "Dual-chain" Integration Paradigm Shift

推动创新链与产业链融合是促进产业转型升级、经济高质量发展的重要实施路径,现阶段我国亟须从产业链“拉动”创新链转变为创新链“推动”产业链的融合模式,而数字经济的快速发展为其提供了新的思路。选取2013—2021年省级面板数据,分别构建衡量数字经济发展和创新链与产业链融合水平的测度指标体系,并建立相应模型进行实证分析,结果发现:数字经济是促进创新链与产业链融合发展的有效手段,并且数字经济发展可以显著增强创新链“推力”,从而推动我国“双链”融合模式转变;分区域来看,数字经济增强东部地区创新链“推力”和中部地区产业链“拉力”,展现出良好的促进“双链”融合作用,但是在西部地区由于资源挤占问题会产生负面影响。研究有助于在数字经济时代下厘清产业演进发展规律,为相关政策制定提供一定的启示。

Promote the integration of innovation chain and industry chain is an important implementation path to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.Towards high-quality economic growth,China urgently needs to change from the industry chain"pulling"innovation chain to the innovation chain"promoting"industry chain integration mode,while the digital economy can provides new development ideas.Select the provincial panel data from 2013 to 2021,we constructed a system of indicators to measure the development of digital economy and the integration level of innovation chain and industry chain,and established corresponding models for empirical analysis,and found that:Developing the digital economy is an effective means to promote the integration of innovation chain and industry chain.And the digital economy can significantly enhance the"push"of the innovation chain,which changes the transformation of China's"dual-chain"integration mode.Subregionally,digital economy strengthens the"push"of the innovation chain in the eastern region and the"pull"of the industrial chain in the central region,but the digital economy does not play a significant role in"dual-chain"integration in the western region due to the problem of resource crowding.The research in this paper helps to clarify the law of industrial evolution and development in the era of digital economy,and provides certain insights for related policy making.
