Innovative City Pilot Policies,Entrepreneurship Activity and Common Prosperity

以创新型城市试点政策为准自然实验,使用渐进式双重差分法,实证检验创新型城市试点政策对共同富裕的内在影响机制及其空间溢出效应。结果显示:创新型城市试点政策对共同富裕发挥明显助力作用,且该结论可排除“异质性处理效应”干扰。在创新要素禀赋、信息产业发展水平的作用下,创新型城市试点政策对共同富裕的赋能效应存在异质性。创业活跃度是创新型城市试点政策影响共同富裕的重要路径。创新型城市试点政策对共同富裕的影响存在正向空间溢出效应,且该外溢作用在胡焕庸线以东地区更为显著。

Using the innovative city pilot policy as a quasi natural experiment,the incremental double difference method is used to empirically test the internal impact mechanism and spatial spillover effect of the innovative city pilot policy on common prosperity.The results show that the pilot policy for innovative cities has a significant supportive effect on common prosperity,and this conclusion can exclude the interference of"heterogeneity treatment effect".Under the influence of innovative factor endowment,information industry development level,and public service level,there is heterogeneity in the empowerment effect of innovative city pilot policies on common prosperity.Entrepreneurship activity is an important path for innovative city pilot policies to affect common prosperity.The pilot policy for innovative cities has a positive spatial spillover effect on common prosperity,and this spillover effect is more significant in the area east of the Hu Huanyong Line.
