数字乡村建设对农户创业绩效的影响——基于CHFS的微观证据

The Impact of Digital Village Construction on Entrepreneurial Performance of Farmers:Microscopic Evidence based on CHFS

选取CHFS微观调查数据,实证检验数字乡村建设及各维度对农户创业绩效的影响。结果表明,数字乡村建设及四个维度均对农户创业绩效有正向作用。进一步考察发现,数字乡村建设对盈利状况、员工待遇质量以及农户幸福感均有正向促进作用。异质性分析发现,数字乡村建设对农户创业绩效的影响效果在大规模项目、劳动密集型行业中更为突出;而相对于线上线下融合模式与网络经营模式,数字乡村建设对农村实体店经营模式的绩效影响更为显著。据此,提出加快推进数字乡村建设,扶持小规模个体工商户与中小微企业扩容扩质发展,注重农村线下实体经济与现代数字化技术的有效衔接等建议。

Select the micro-survey data of CHFS,this paper empirically examines the impact of digital village construction and various dimensions on the entrepreneurial performance of farmers.The results show that the construction of digital countryside and the four dimensions have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial performance of farmers.Further investigation shows that the construction of digital countryside has a positive promoting effect on the profit situation,the quality of employees'treatment and the happiness of farmers.The heterogeneity analysis shows that the effect of digital rural construction on the entrepreneurial performance of farmers is more prominent in large-scale projects and labor-intensive industries.Compared with online-to-offline integration mode and network business mode,digital village construction has a more significant impact on the performance of rural physical store business mode.It is proposed that we should accelerate the construction of digital countryside,support the expansion and quality development of small-scale individual industrial and commercial enterprises and small and medium-sized micro enterprises,and pay attention to the effective connection betw-een rural offline real economy and modern digital technology.
