基于3D WebGIS的水利信息管理平台设计——以小清河淄博段为例

摘要 面对现代水利管理缺乏真实三维模型细节展示、三维模型加载缓慢和传统巡检方式缺乏历史追溯性等问题,以小清河淄博段为例,基于3D WebGIS、数据库和Cesium框架,采用JavaScript编程语言进行二次开发,探索构建一套包含三维数据可视化、空间分析、数据管理、智能巡检、风险管理等功能模块的三维可视化水利信息管理平台。实际应用表明:平台具有较好的实用性和有效性,实现水文、气象、地形地貌和水利工程等数据的可视化和交互,为水利行业的决策者、管理者提供管理和决策支持。 Facing the problems of lacking real 3D model detail display,slow loading of 3D models and lack of historical traceability of traditional inspection methods in modern water conservancy management,this paper explores the development of a 3D visualization water conservancy information management platform,including functional modules of 3D data visualization,spatial analysis,data management,intelligent patrol,and risk management,taking Zibo section of Xiaoqing River as a case study.The platform is based on 3D WebGIS,database and Cesium framework,as well as secondary development in JavaScript.The practical application proves that the platform shows good practicality and effectiveness,which realizes the visualization and interaction of hydrology,meteorology,topography,and water conservancy engineering data,and can provide valuable decision-making support and management tools for decision-makers and managers in water resources management.
