基于分布式架构的高可用PACS系统设计与实现

摘要 影像归档和通信系统(Picture Archiving and Communication System,PACS)是医院信息系统的重要组成部分,其主要作用是采集、传输和处理影像设备所产生的图像,实现全院的数字化存储与共享。随着医院检查业务的不断增加,设备特别是高精密设备的投入以及第三方系统的影像接口需求导致了PACS存在传输慢、调阅慢的问题,影响了临床的诊断和后续的治疗。文章从系统分布式架构的后台设计、应用的集群、数据库的同步和存储的设计这几方面阐述了系统的设计,从而有效解决系统响应慢、性能弱的问题。 The picture archiving and communication system is an important part of the hospital information system,and its main role is to capture,transmit and process the images produced by the imaging equipment to realize the digital storage and sharing of the whole hospital.With the increasing business of hospital inspection,the investment of equipment,especially high-precision equipment,and the demand for image interface of third-party systems lead to the problem of slow transmission and access of PACS,which affects the clinical diagnosis and subsequent treatment.This paper describes the characteristics of the system from the backend design of the system’s distributed architecture,the clustering of applications,the synchronization of databases and the design of storage,so as to effectively solve the problem of slow response and weak performance of the system.
