摘要
指针式仪表在传统行业中应用广泛,如何自动获取其读数是目前工业生产领域中急需解决的问题。设计了一种基于智能摄像头的指针式仪表读数自动获取算法,采集仪表表盘图像后进行二值化预处理,采用数学形态学分析和霍夫变换提取指针位置,计算指针在表盘刻度上的角度,最后获取指针的准确读数。实验结果表明,该算法可以稳定可靠地自动获取仪表读数,识别精度符合工业要求。
Pointer instruments are widely used in traditional industries,and how to automatically obtain their readings is an urgent problem in the current industrial production field.An automatic reading acquisition algorithm based on intelligent camera is designed.After collecting the image of the instrument dial,binary pre processing is performed,and the position of the pointer is extracted using mathematical morphological analysis and Hough transform.The angle of the pointer on the dial scale is calculated,and the accurate reading of the pointer is finally obtained.The experimental results show that the algorithm can obtain the instrument reading stably and reliably,and the recognition accuracy meets the industrial requirements.
