In order to reduce the impacts and losses of lightning disasters,implement the high-quality meteorology development,and protect the production and life of the public,the article develops the platform of lightning protection and disaster reduction for key enterprises in Zaozhuang.The platform is based on C#language and SQL Server 2012 database technology,adopts.Net MVC three-layer architecture,designs three modules of supervision management,enterprise management and law enforcement officer management,and realizes key functions such as supervision reminder and route planning.The platform has realized the localization,intelligence and standardization of the lightning protection supervision work in Zaozhuang,and improved the efficiency and level of the meteorological department.
