基于MVC架构的枣庄市重点企业防雷减灾平台

摘要 为减少雷电灾害影响和损失,落实气象高质量发展,保障群众生产生活,开发枣庄市重点企业防雷减灾平台。该平台基于C#语言和SQL Server 2012数据库技术,采用.Net MVC三层架构,设计监管管理、企业管理和执法人员管理三大模块,实现了监管提醒、路线规划等关键功能。平台实现了枣庄市防雷监管工作的本地化、智能化、规范化,提升了气象部门防雷监管的效率和水平。 In order to reduce the impacts and losses of lightning disasters,implement the high-quality meteorology development,and protect the production and life of the public,the article develops the platform of lightning protection and disaster reduction for key enterprises in Zaozhuang.The platform is based on C#language and SQL Server 2012 database technology,adopts.Net MVC three-layer architecture,designs three modules of supervision management,enterprise management and law enforcement officer management,and realizes key functions such as supervision reminder and route planning.The platform has realized the localization,intelligence and standardization of the lightning protection supervision work in Zaozhuang,and improved the efficiency and level of the meteorological department.
