“胜任素质”模型下大学生创新创业心理素质研究

Research on the Psychological Quality of College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship under the Model of"Competence Model"

当前,大学生创新创业能力的培养是促进就业和经济发展的重要因素。在“胜任素质”模型的指导下,采用自编问卷调查大学生创新创业能力、认知、意识、意志和品格的现状。研究结果发现,大学生创新创业心理素质还需进一步提升,并在性别、年级和生源地上存在显著差异。根据差异产生的原因提出相应教育建议,以期提升大学生创新创业心理素质,帮助他们充分发挥个人潜力,追求创新与成功。

In today's fast-changing social environment,the cultivation of the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of college students has become the key to promoting employment and economic development.Under the guidance of the"Competence model",a self-administered questionnaire was used to investigate the current status of college students'"Competence Model"innovation and entrepreneurship ability,cognition,awareness,will,and character.The results of the study found that the psychological quality of innovation and entrepreneurship among college students needs to be further improved,and there are significant differences in terms of gender,grade,and birthplace.Based on the reasons for the differences,corresponding educational suggestions are proposed to improve the psychological quality of innovation and entrepreneurship among college students and help them give full play to their personal potential and pursue innovation and success.
