基于工艺理论与数据挖掘的铁水提钒关键措施分析

摘要 “高炉+转炉”法是中国主流的钒钛矿冶炼工艺,针对钒钛高炉冶炼数据探究铁水最终钒含量的影响机制,并量化具体的参数调控方案对钒钛烧结矿的高效冶炼具有重大意义。首先梳理了钒钛烧结矿的矿物组成及冶炼机理,结合不同反应的吉布斯自由能变化曲线分析了钒、钛元素的热力学特征,从理论方面确定了铁水钒、钛含量之间存在促进关系以及与渣中TiO_(2)含量存在抑制关系的主要结论。其次,以承德某钢铁厂的钒钛矿冶炼数据为基础,提出了一种高效的特征选择算法用于提取铁水钒含量的影响特征,计算参数之间的斯皮尔曼相关系数确定相关性;计算参数之间的互信息度判断冗余特征;结合最大相关-最小冗余的思想和工艺原理最终选取17个特征变量作为铁水钒含量的主要影响特征,同时引入“信息传递熵”的概念衡量高炉调参过程中的效果链式传递现象。最后,给出了提高铁水钒含量的具体措施,并结合控制变量法量化了不同的高炉调参策略对铁水钒含量的影响。有利于进一步明确钒、钛元素在高炉冶炼过程中的演变行为,通过试验数据的分析结果为铁水提钒的关键参数调控提供了操作依据,促进了钒钛高炉的稳定顺行与高效冶炼。未来,相关研究应致力于将数据分析与专家经验进行更深层次的融合,推动钒钛高炉的智能制造与调控进一步深入。 The"blast furnace+converter"method is mainstream vanadium titanium ore smelting process in China,and it is of great significance to explore the influence mechanism of final vanadium content of molten iron according to smelting data of vanadium and titanium blast furnace,and quantify the specific parameter control scheme for the efficient smelting of vanadium titanium sinter.The mineral composition and smelting mechanism of vanadium-titanium sinter were sorted out,and the thermodynamic characteristics of V and Ti were analyzed by combining the changing curves of Gibbs free energy in different reactions,from the theoretical aspect,which discovers the main conclusion that there was a promoting relationship between molten iron vanadium and titanium content,and an inhibitory relationship between them and TiO_(2)content in slag.Then,Based on the vanadium-titanium ore smelting data of a steel plant in Chengde,an efficient feature selection algorithm is proposed to extract the influencing characteristics of molten iron vanadium content:first,the Spearman correlation coefficient between the parameters is calculated to determine the correlation,second,the mutual information degree between the parameters is calculated to judge the redundancy characteristics,and third,combined the idea of maximum correlation-minimum redundancy with process principle,17 characteristic variables are finally selected as the main influencing characteristics of molten iron vanadium content,and"information transfer entropy"is introduced,the concept can measure the effect chain transfer phenom enon in the parameter regulation process of blast furnace.Finally,the specific measures to improve the vanadium content in molten iron were given,and the influence of different parameter adjustments on vanadium content in molten iron was quantified by combining the control variable method.It is conducive to further clarifying the evolution behavior of vanadium and titanium in the blast furnace smelting process,and the analysis results of experimental data provide an operational basis for the regulation of key parameters of vanadium extraction from molten iron,which can promote the stable and efficient smelting of vanadium and titanium blast furnace.In the future,relevant research should be committed to the deeper integration of data analysis and expert experience to promote the intelligent manufacturing and regulation of vanadium and titanium blast furnaces.
