Exploration and practice of cultivating integrated talents in software engineering under background of integration of industry and education in Emerging Engineering Education—Taking School of Modern Information Industry as an example

产教融合是近几年提出的新教育模式,可以从2个角度进行分析。一方面,可以从经济发展的角度来看待校企合作,这种合作是在企业发展的基础上形成的教育模式;另一方面,从产业发展要素的角度来看,人才是推动产业发展的重要因素,只有相互促进才能更好地实现发展。采用“学员+职员”的培养模式可以消除人才培养目标的差异性以提高证书通过率,而“教工+职工”的师资共享则能解决师资培养的问题。此外,校企共建软件工程华为云服务课程体系,有助于培养软件工程融合型人才。

The integration of industry and education is a new education model proposed in recent years,which can be analyzed from two perspectives.On the one hand,school enterprise cooperation can be viewed from the perspective of economic development,which is an educational model formed on the basis of enterprise development.On the other hand,from the perspective of industrial development factors,talent is an important factor in promoting industrial development.Only by promoting each other can we better achieve development.The adoption of a“student+employee”training model can eliminate differences in talent development goals and improve the pass rate of certificates.The sharing of teachers and staff can solve the problem of teacher training.In addition,the joint construction of Huawei Cloud Services course system for software engineering by schools and enterprises can help cultivate integrated talents in software engineering.
