摘要
针对目前钢轨探伤作业的特点和设备现状,文章研究了基于探伤及卫星定位的数据传输软件与应用系统;论述了系统的总体架构,并从硬件设计、系统软件设计、上位机软件与处理3个方面阐述了关键技术。现场应用结果表明,基于探伤及卫星定位的数据传输软件与应用在既有检测系统基础上增加了卫星定位、远程数据传输功能,提高了探伤作业管理能力,使用效果较好。
Based on the current characteristics and equipment status of rail flaw detection operations,this article studies data transmission software and application systems based on flaw detection and satellite positioning.The overall architecture of the system was discussed,and key technologies were elaborated from three aspects:hardware design,system software design,and upper computer software and processing.The on-site application results show that the data transmission software and application based on flaw detection and satellite positioning have added satellite positioning and remote data transmission functions on the basis of the existing detection system,improved the management ability of flaw detection operations,and achieved good results.
