随着信息技术的迅猛发展,网络空间已成为人们工作、生活的重要组成部分。然而,网络空间的复杂性和不确定性给网络安全带来了前所未有的挑战。为了有效应对网络安全威胁,必须建立网络空间态势感知与应急响应机制。文章首先分析了网络空间安全面临的挑战,然后介绍了网络空间态势感知和应急响应的概念与意义,接着探讨了网络空间态势感知与应急响应机制的关键要素和技术手段,最后提出了完善网络空间态势感知与应急响应机制的建议,以及未来发展方向。

With the rapid development of information technology,cyberspace has become an important component of people's work and life.However,the complexity and uncertainty of cyberspace have brought unprecedented challenges to cybersecurity.In order to effectively respond to cybersecurity threats,it is necessary to establish a cyberspace situational awareness and emergency response mechanism.This article first analyzes the challenges faced by cyberspace security,then introduces the concepts and significance of cyberspace situational awareness and emergency response,explores the key elements and technical means of cyberspace situational awareness and emergency response mechanisms,and finally proposes suggestions for improving the mechanisms of cyberspace situational awareness and emergency response,as well as future development directions.
