This article analyzes various factors that affect the development of China̓s new energy vehicle industry,determines four primary evaluation indicators through data collection and analysis,and uses KMO and Bartlett's test,principal component analysis,and correlation analysis to reduce the dimensionality of the indicators.The final conclusion is that the new energy vehicle industry has experienced short-term economic fluctuations and market competition pressure,but the long-term trend is still positive,market share is gradually increasing,and the industrial chain is becoming increasingly mature.The expansion of the new energy vehicle industry is the result of comprehensive factors.In order to maintain this trend and achieve sustainable development,attention must be paid to the deficiencies in battery production,infrastructure construction,and waste battery treatment.Through technological innovation,policy guidance,and market mechanism improvement,the healthy development of the new energy vehicle industry can be promoted,thereby helping to achieve environmental protection and climate goals.
