摘要
某型发电机定子线圈端部采用导电接头结构,其中铜材质的导电接头与不锈钢材质的支撑板间,采用难度较高的异种金属焊接技术。文章通过搭建一套导电接头与支撑板自动化焊接平台,既实现了包括工件上料、定位、装夹、位置识别、预热、焊接、焊缝尺寸和质量检测、焊后冷却等全流程的自动化,又提高了焊缝质量稳定性和生产效率。
A certain type of generator stator coil end adapts the conductive joints structure,in which the dissimilar metals welding technology with high difficulty is applied between the copper conductive joints and stainless steel support plate.The article introduces that a set of conductive joints and support plate automatic welding platform is established,not only to achieve the workpiece loading,positioning,clamping,position identification,preheating,welding,weld size and quality inspection,post-weld cooling and other automation of the whole process,but also to improve the stability of weld quality and production efficiency.
