摘要
UPLC-QDA作为一种能快速分离、准确对物质进行定性和定量分析的仪器,在教学和科研中发挥着重要的支撑作用。以UPLC-QDA联用实验室为例,重点阐述了实验室体制建设、大型仪器设备共享平台的使用、UPLC-QDA的维护保养,以及利用实验室综合信息化管理平台,确保UPLC-QDA的安全运行和高效利用。
UPLC-QDA,as a rapid separation and accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis instrument,plays an important supporting role in teaching and scientific research.Taking the UPLC-QDA combined laboratory as an example,this article focuses on laboratory system construction,the use of the large-scale instruments and equipment sharing platform,and the maintenance of UPLC-QDA.It also discusses the use of the laboratory comprehensive information management platform to ensure the safe operation and efficient utilization of the UPLCQDA instrument.
