摘要
全面分析了工程教育专业认证中非技术性能力评价面临的挑战和问题。针对团队合作、沟通技巧和国际视野等非技术性能力,研究揭示了评价的主观性、模糊性以及教育与评价的不对称性,提出了多元化的评价方法、教育与评价的整合、国际合作与标准化的解决路径。研究结果深化了对非技术性能力评价难点的理解,为实践和政策制订提供了有益的参考。
The study comprehensively analyzes the challenges and issues in evaluating non-technical abilities within engineering education professional accreditation.Focusing on non-technical skills such as teamwork,communication,and global perspective,the research reveals the subjectivity,ambiguity,and the asymmetry between education and evaluation.Solutions proposed include diversified assessment methods,integration of education and evaluation,as well as international collaboration and standardization as possible pathways to address these challenges.The study not only deepens the understanding of the difficulties in evaluating non-technical abilities but also provides valuable references for practice and policy formulation.
