摘要 面向新时期人才培养的新需求,探索新工科建设背景下传统工科专业的升级转型策略。聚焦传统机械类专业人才培养中存在的突出问题,从专业人才培养体系建设、课程体系及内容建设、教学方法改革和构建实践交叉融合创新型实践体系四个方面提出了面向智能制造的传统机械类专业人才培养模式的升级改造措施和方法。 Facing the new needs of talent training in the new era,this paper explores the upgrading and transformation strategies of traditional engineering majors under the background of new engineering construction.Focusing on the outstanding problems existing in the training of traditional machinery professionals,this paper puts forward the upgrading measures and methods of the training mode of traditional machinery professionals oriented to intelligent manufacturing from four aspects:the construction of professional personnel training system,the construction of curriculum system and content,the reform of teaching methods and the construction of an innovative practice system of cross-integration of practices.
