贯入法检测特细砂砌筑砂浆抗压强度的测强曲线研究

摘要 针对重庆地区特细砂砌筑砂浆的性能差异,设计制作不同强度等级的砂浆试件,对组测定其贯入深度和抗压强度,拟合建立贯入法检测特细砂砌筑砂浆抗压强度的专用测强曲线。试验结果验证了贯入法统一测强曲线应用于重庆地区特细砂砌筑砂浆的检测误差,同时表明所建立的专用测强曲线较统一测强曲线检测精度更高,更接近砌筑砂浆的实际强度。专用测强曲线可作为既有砌体结构房屋砂浆强度检测鉴定的参考,亦可作为贯入法检测砌筑砂浆强度地方标准编制的基础数据。 In response to the performance differences of the ultrafine sand masonry mortar in Chongqing,mortar specimens with different strength levels were designed and manufactured,their penetration depth and compressive strength were measured in pairs,and a special strength-measuring curve was established to detect the compressive strength of the ultra-fine sand masonry mortar with the penetration method.The experimental results verified the detection error in the unified strength-measuring curve with the penetration method applied to the fine sand masonry mortar in Chongqing.Also,it indicated that the established special strength-measuring curve shows greater detection accuracy than the unified strength-measuring curve and obtains the strength of the masonry mortar closer to the actual one.The special strength-measuring curve can not only serve as a reference for the strength detection and appraisal of the mortar in existing masonry structures,but also serves as the basic data for the compilation of local standards for the strength detecting of the masonry mortar with the penetration method.
