聚碳酸酯用杂化型抗滴落剂的制备及应用 被引量:1

摘要 以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)为内核、碳纳米管为幔层材料,苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)为壳层材料,制备了杂化型抗滴落剂(X-PAD),研究了X-PAD对聚碳酸酯(PC)材料的阻燃性能和热稳定性能的影响。结果表明:基于PC标准样条配方,X-PAD的加入使样条极限氧指数提高了8.5%,阻燃等级均由V-1级提高到V-0级,且X-PAD的阻燃能力和热稳定性均优于市售抗滴落剂(DB105)。X-PAD更加适用于电动汽车、充电桩和数据中心等领域应用要求更加严苛的电子设备,前景广阔。 A hybrid anti-drip agent(X-PAD)was prepared using polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)as the core,carbon nanotubes as the mantle material,and styrene acrylonitrile copolymer(SAN)as the shell material.The effect of X-PAD on the flame retardancy and thermal stability of polycarbonate(PC)materials was studied.The results showed that based on the PC standard spline formula,the addition of X-PAD increased the limit oxygen index of the spline by 8.5%,and the flame retardant level was increased from V-1 to V-0.Moreover,the flame retardant ability and thermal stability of X-PAD were better than those of commercially available anti drip agents DB105.X-PAD is more suitable for electronic devices with more stringent application requirements in fields such as electric vehicles,charging stations,and data centers,and has broad prospects.
