中国居民水产品食用消费量测算与分析 被引量:2

摘要 本研究系我国首次对居民水产品食用消费量所做的全面系统测算,以国内水产品总供给量扣减非食用消耗量为基本逻辑,以系统的折算系数为支撑,计算出2013-2022年我国居民水产品食用消费量和人均消费量,并与国际标准接轨区分含藻类与不含藻类2种情况。测算结果显示,2022年我国人均水产品消费量39.75千克(折合鲜重),其中动物性水产品34.27千克,藻类5.48千克。与平衡膳食标准推荐摄入量相比,当前中国居民水产品消费量总体不足,城乡差距、地区间差距显著,与畜禽肉类消费相比明显偏少。为此,本文提出稳定并增加水产品生产、推进水产品结构调整、培育水产加工品消费习惯、积极开拓农村和西部地区市场等建议。 This paper does comprehensive and systematic calculation of the edible consumption of aquatic products in China for the first time.Based on a series of conversion coefficients and a basic logic of deducting the non-edible consumption from the aquatic products total domestic supply from domestic aquatic products,the results of edible aquatic products consumption of Chinese resident in total and per capita from 2013 to 2022 are calculated,and they are divided into two cases depending on whether algae is included in line with international standards.The results show that in 2022,per capita consumption of aquatic products in China is 39.75kg(fresh weight),including 34.27kg of animal aquatic products and 5.48kg of algae.Compared with the recommended intake of balanced dietary standards,the current consumption of aquatic products in China is generally insufficient,and the gap between urban and rural areas and regional differences is significant.Also compared with the consumption of livestock and poultry meat,aquatic consumption is significantly smaller.The report also puts forward suggestions to stabilize and increase the production of aquatic products,promote the adjustment of the structure of aquatic products,cultivate the consumption habit of processed aquatic products,and actively explore the markets in the rural and western regions.
