基于Beattie-Bridgman经验公式的SF6回收率测量技术研究

摘要 利用高精度传感器实现气体绝缘设备内部压力和温度的精准测量,基于Beattie-Bridgman(贝蒂一布里奇曼)经验公式,利用已知容量定容瓶,实现气体绝缘设备内部有效容积和初始充气量的计算。通过质量监测传感器测量SF_(6)气体实际回收量并结合物联网技术实现数据共享,最终精准计算SF_(6)回收率等关键数据。本技术经过现场实际验证,能够快速、准确计算SF_(6)回收率、设备充气量等关键数据,并与移动端和数据平台实现数据共享,提升了现场工作效率,提高了数据准确性与时效性。 High-precision sensors are used to achieve precise measurement of pressure and temperature inside gas-insulated equipment.Then based on Beattie-Bridgman's empirical formula,the effective volume and initial gas-filling quantity inside the gas-insulated equipment are calculated by using a fixed volume bottle with known capacity.Finally,the quality monitoring sensor is used to measure the actual amount of SF6 gas recovery and the Internet of Things technology is combined to realize data sharing,with the SF_(6) recovery rate and other key data accurately calculated.The technology has been verified in the field,and can quickly and accurately calculate SF_(6) recovery rate,equipment gas-filling capacity and other key data,and can also realize data sharing with mobile terminals and data platforms to improve field work efficiency and data accuracy and timeliness.
