摘要 医学创伤知情教育(trauma-informed medical education, TIME)的研究与实践一直是医学教育界关注的焦点。TIME旨在培养学生在创伤知情护理(trauma-informed care, TIC)和创伤知情自我护理(trauma-informed self-care, TISC)方面的能力发展,从而提高学生的学习参与感,促进其身心健康发展。对医学创伤知情教育的概念、理论依据、具体内容和应用效果进行了介绍和探讨,旨在提高学生对TIME课程体系认识,从而避免创伤相关事件的发生。 The research and practice of trauma-informed medical education(TIME)has always been a focus in the field of medical education.TIME aims to develop students’abilities in trauma-informed care(TIC)and trauma-informed self-care(TISC),encourage their participation in learning and promote their health and well-being.This paper introduces and discusses the concept,theoretical basis,specific content and effect of TIME to improve people’s understanding of TIME curriculum system,aiming to avoid the occurrence of trauma.
