基于OBE教育理念的“细胞工程”教学改革与实践

Teaching Reform and Practice of Cell Engineering Based on OBE Educational Concept

“细胞工程”是厦门医学院药学系面向生物制药专业开设的一门专业核心课程。“细胞工程”的教学改革是基于OBE教育教学理念,结合课程特点,秉承“以学生为中心、成果为导向”的教学理念,在明确课程目标、遴选教学内容、改革教学方法、设计教学环节、建设教学资源、评价教学效果等方面开展教学改革的探索与实践,引导学生积极主动地学习,激发学生的学习热情,培养学生独立思考、创新思维的能力,提高学生科学探究能力及岗位胜任力,并取得了良好的教学效果。

Cell Engineering is a core professional course offered by Department of Pharmacy of Xiamen Medical College for biopharmaceutical major.The teaching reform of Cell Engineering is based on the teaching concept of OBE,combined with the characteristics of the course,adhering to the teaching concept of“student-centered and results-oriented”,and carries out the exploration and practice of teaching reform in the aspects of clarifying the course objectives,selecting the teaching content,reforming the teaching methods,designing the teaching links,constructing the teaching resources and evaluating the teaching effects,hoping to guide students to learn actively,stimulate students’learning enthusiasm,cultivate students’independent thinking and innovative thinking ability,improve students’scientific inquiry ability and post competence,and achieve good teaching effect.
