摘要
仪器分析是分析化学的重要组成部分之一,也是一门理论与实践相互结合的综合性课程。该课程在教学过程中面临着仪器原理复杂难懂、各种分析方法较多且缺乏相应的仪器进行实际演练等问题,导致学生在实际工作或科研中很难快速找到高效准确的分析方法。以该课程中《高效液相色谱法》章节为例,通过案例式教学,激发学生的学习兴趣,提升学生的学习自主性,培养学生灵活运用理论知识的能力,达到提升教学质量的目的。
Instrumental Analysis is one of the important components of analytical chemistry,which is a comprehensive subject combining theory and practice.In the teaching process of this course,students are faced with the problems of complex and difficult instrumentation principles,many different analytical methods and lack of corresponding instruments for practical exercises,which make it difficult for students to find efficient and accurate analytical methods in practical work or research.This paper takes take the chapter of“High Performance Liquid Chromatography”as an example to stimulate students’interest in learning,their autonomy,and cultivate their ability to apply theoretical knowledge flexibly through case-based teaching method,so as to improve the quality of teaching.
