学前教育本科生融合教育素养的调查与分析

摘要 采用《高等院校师范专业本科学生融合教育素养调查问卷》对645名学前教育本科生的融合教育素养进行调查。结果发现,学前教育本科生融合教育素养总体呈中等水平,各维度得分由高到低依次为融合教育理念与师德、融合教育能力、融合教育知识,融合教育素养在性别、年级、与特殊需要儿童的接触类型三个变量上存在显著差异。基于此,建议优化学前教育本科生融合教育素养培养方案;提升融合教育课程质量;构建多方合作体系,提供多渠道实践机会。 A survey was conducted on the inclusive education Competency of 645 undergraduate students in preschool education by using the Survey Questionnaire on Inclusive Education Competency of Undergraduate Students in Normal Colleges and Universities.The results showthat the overall level of inclusive education competency among undergraduate students in preschool education is at a moderate level.Specifically,the scores of each dimension,from high to low,are in order of inclusive education attitude,inclusive education ability,and inclusive education knowledge.There are significant differences in the inclusive education competency in three variables of gender,grade,and types of contact with children with special needs.The suggestion is to optimize the plan for cultivating inclusive education competency of undergraduate students in preschool education;promote the quality of inclusive education courses;build a multi-party cooperation system and provide multi-channel practical opportunities.
