摘要
提高融合教育教师质量对推进融合教育发展有着重要意义。通过文献计量可视化软件CiteSpace,对国际有关融合教育教师近十年的文献进行系统梳理,分析该领域的研究热点及前沿趋势,从多元化融合教育教师培养路径、影响融合教育教师专业发展内外因素等方面进行全方位分析,建议未来可探索一条“人工智能+融合教育”、面向实践导向的可持续促进融合教育教师成长的发展路径。
Elevating the quality of inclusive education teachers holds significant importance for advancing the development of inclusive education in China.This article,utilizing the CiteSpace literature metric visualization software,systematically reviews international literature on inclusive education teachers over the past decade.It analyzes the research hotspots and emerging trends in this field,providing a comprehensive examination of diverse paths for inclusive education teacher training and various internal and external factors influencing their professional development.In the future,China urgently needs to explore a development path integrating“artificial intelligence+inclusive education”,orienting towards practice,to sustainably promote the growth of inclusive education teachers.
