摘要
当前数据要素在企业数字化转型过程中的地位愈发突显,然而,由于供应链企业内外部信息交换不畅通,造成业务数据共享与价值创造应用的双重困境,制约着整条供应链的运转效率。协同理论更加关注数据交互及相互作用效应,为数据价值链理论中创设多方共赢的场景应用打下基础。文章依托两大理论,从供应链计划、采购、生产、物流四大业务场景出发,聚焦应用场景,完善内部管理,强化多方协同,以探索数据要素价值创造的主要路径,为供应链企业数字化转型战略的实施提供决策支持。
At present,data elements play a prominent role in the process of digital transformation of enterprises.However,due to the poor internal and external information exchange of supply chain enterprises,the dual dilemma of business data sharing and value creation application is caused,which restrict the operation efficiency of the whole supply chain.The synergy theory will pay more attention to data interaction and mutual influence,which lays a foundation for the multi-win scenario application in the data value chain theory.This paper will rely on two theories,start from the four business scenarios of supply chain planning,procurement,production and logistics,focus on the application scenarios,improve the internal management,strengthen multi-party coordination,to explore the main path of value creation of data elements,and provide decision supports for the digital transformation strategies of supply chain enterprises.
