基于熵权-TOPSIS法的应急物资储备库选址评价研究

摘要 应急物资储备库选址决策是关系整个救援效率的重要因素,是突发自然灾害事件应急管理中的重要决策之一。考虑应急物资储备库的特征、功能以及影响其选址的各方因素,全面系统构建应急储备库选址评价体系,使用熵权法对指标进行客观赋权,然后运用TOPSIS决策方法对选址方案进行综合评价及排序,最后通过实例分析验证该方法的有效性。 The decision on the location of emergency material storages is an important factor affecting the overall rescue efficiency and is one of the important decisions in emergency management of sudden natural disasters.Considering the characteristics,functions,and various factors that affect the location of emergency material storages,this paper comprehensively and systematically constructs an evaluation system for the location of emergency reserve storages,and uses the entropy weight method to objectively weight the indicators.Then,the paper uses the TOPSIS decision-making method to comprehensively evaluate and rank the site selection schemes,and finally verifies the effectiveness of this method through case analysis.
