摘要
海外仓模式能够缩短交付时间、降低物流成本、提升购物体验,成为跨境卖家的重要境外节点。但目前部分海外仓数字赋能低、订单漏发错发、物流信息更新不及时、爆仓滞销等现象频频出现,严重降低海外仓整体服务水平,阻碍跨境电商的进一步发展。文章通过深入分析海外仓发展过程中存在的问题,进而从提高海外仓资源整合能力、加强海外仓数字化基础设施建设、加强海外仓数字化人才建设三个方面提出相应对策,为提高海外仓的服务水平,实现与跨境电商的协同发展提供理论指导。
The overseas warehouse model can shorten delivery time,reduce logistics costs,and improve shopping experience,becoming an important overseas node for cross-border sellers.However,some overseas warehouses have low digital empowerment;orders are missed or mistakenly shipped,logistics information is not updated in a timely manner,and there are frequent occurrences of inventory shortages and unsold goods.This seriously reduces the overall service level of overseas warehouses and hinders the further development of cross-border e-commerce.This paper analyzes in depth the problems existing in the development process of overseas warehouses,and proposes corresponding countermeasures from three aspects:improving the integration ability of overseas warehouse resources,strengthening the construction of digital infrastructure in overseas warehouses,and strengthening the construction of digital talents in overseas warehouses.The purpose is to provide theoretical guidance for improving the service level of overseas warehouses and achieving coordinated development with cross-border e-commerce.
