摘要
某企业醋酸乙烯装置脱丁烯醛塔自运行以来腐蚀问题严重,造成异常和非计划停工较多,严重影响装置长周期安全稳定运行。该研究通过工艺物料分析和实验室模拟试验,研究脱丁烯醛塔的腐蚀规律,分析腐蚀原因并提出防腐措施,为装置的平稳运行提供了保障。
Severe corrosion problems occurred in the debutenal tower of a vinyl acetate unit,resulting in frequent abnormal and unplanned shutdowns,which seriously affected the long-term safe and stable operation of the plant.Through the process material analysis and laboratory simulation test,the corrosion mechanism of debutenal tower was studied,the causes of corrosion were ana-lyzed and the anti-corrosion measures were put forward to provide guarantee for the smooth operation of the unit.
