摘要
主风机联轴器中的膜片在使用过程中出现断裂,会影响到设备的正常运转。该文主要通过对催化烟机联轴器膜片的已开裂部位进行宏观形貌分析、微观形貌观察、化学成分判定、金相组织、硬度等材料性能分析,对该装置未来的安全运行提出合理的解决方案与建议。
The fracture of coupling diaphragm in catalytic main fan can affect the normal operation of equipment.Analysis was conducted on the cracked part of coupling diaphragm such as macroscopic morphology analysis,microscopic morphology observa-tion,chemical composition determination,metallographic structure analysis,hardness analysis,etc.Reasonable solutions and suggestions were proposed for the safe operation of the unit in the future.
