摘要
试验旨在研究狼尾草对育肥期德州驴生长性能、血清生化指标以及抗氧化指标的影响,确定狼尾草对育肥期德州驴的适宜饲喂量和添加比例。试验选取健康、体重接近的育肥期德州公驴20头,分为5个处理,每个处理4个重复,各组狼尾草添加比例分别为0(对照组)、25%、50%、75%、100%。结果表明:狼尾草添加比例对育肥期德州驴的日增重和料重比具有显著影响(P<0.05),75%组、100%组日增重显著低于其他组(P<0.05),料重比显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。对照组血清白蛋白(ALB)显著高于50%、75%、100%组(P<0.05),25%显著高于75%、100%组(P<0.05);对照组、25%组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)显著低于50%、75%、100%组(P<0.05)。对照组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)显著高于75%、100%组(P<0.05),25%、50%组显著高于100%组(P<0.05)。综上所述,当狼尾草添加比例不超过25%,按照粗饲料采食量为每头2.0 kg/d计算,饲喂量低于每头0.5 kg/d时对育肥期德州驴无不良影响。
An experiment was conducted to study the effects of Pennisetum on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and antioxidant indexes of fattening Dezhou donkeys,and determine the appropriate level and proportion of Pennisetum in the ration for fattening Dezhou donkeys.Twenty healthy fattening Dezhou donkeys with similar bodyweights were selected and divided into five treatment groups,with four replicates per group.The rations of each group contained 0(control),25%,50%,75%and 100%Pennisetum respectively.The results showed that the levels of Pennisetum supplementation significantly influenced the average daily gain and feed conversion ratio of fattening Dezhou donkeys(P<0.05).The average daily gain of the 75%and 100%groups were significantly lower than the other groups,and the feed conversion ratio were significantly higher compared with the other groups(P<0.05).The serum albumin(ALB)concentration of the control group was significantly higher than the 50%,75%and 100%groups(P<0.05),and the 25%group was significantly higher than the 75%and 100%groups(P<0.05).Alanine aminotransferase(ALT)of the control and 25%groups were significantly below than the 50%,75%and 100%groups(P<0.05).Glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)of the control group was significantly higher than the 75%and 100%groups(P<0.05),and the 25%and 50%groups were significantly higher than the 100%group(P<0.05).In summary,when the level of Pennis⁃etum in the concentrate ration did not exceed 25%,feeding less than 0.5 kg/d per fattening donkey according to the roughage intake of 2.0 kg/d had no adverse effects on fattening Dezhou donkeys.
