青岛市以新型消费加快恢复和扩大消费情况研究

Research on Accelerating the Recovery and Expansion of Consumption Through New Forms of Consumption in Qingdao City

摘要 消费是经济生活最生动的“晴雨表”,是当前经济增长的第一动力,是畅通国内大循环的关键环节,也是人民群众对美好生活的直观需求。文章调研显示,消费需求端的居民消费理念、消费习惯、消费模式等正在悄然发生变化。消费供给端的个体工商户呈现出新特征新趋势,但同时也面临着消费预期不高、流通主体恢复不足、新消费场景差异性不够、消费保障机制不健全等问题。基于此,本文建议进一步发挥引导作用,通过创新消费场景、打造新型消费业态、培育新型消费品牌、优化消费环境等举措恢复和扩大消费。仅供参考。 Consumption serves as the most vivid barometer of economic life,the primary driving force behind current economic growth,a crucial link in facilitating domestic circulation,and the direct expression of people's desire for a better life.Research indicates that consumer demand,including residents'consumption concepts,habits,and patterns,is quietly evolving.On the supply side,individual businesses are exhibiting new characteristics and trends.However,they also face challenges such as low consumption expectations,insuffi cient recovery of circulation entities,inadequate diff erentiation of new consumption scenarios,and incomplete consumption protection mechanisms.In light of this,the article suggests further leveraging guidance efforts to restore and expand consumption through innovative consumption scenarios,the creation of new consumption formats,the cultivation of new consumer brands,and the optimization of the consumption environment.This serves as a reference only.
