摘要
分析了采煤机牵引传动系统结构及参数,在Masta软件中建立了采煤机牵引传动系统的模型,校核并分析了采煤机牵引传动系统齿轮和轴承的安全系数以及寿命。结果表明,该套传动系统寿命以及安全系数较高,满足使用要求。
The structure and parameters of the shearer traction drive system were analyzed.The model of the shearer traction drive system was established in the Masta software,and the safety factor and life of the gears and bearings were checked and analyzed.The results showed that the life and safety factor of the drive system were high and met the requirements of use.
