锚运一体机的自动跟随系统设计

摘要 为了满足煤矿井下巷道掘进工艺要求,采用掘进机和锚运一体机等设备组成快速掘进系统,实现掘护平行作业、边掘边支的功能,提升生产效率和掘进速度。在快速掘进系统中,锚运一体机和掘进机之间的距离是一个关键性因素,要保证快速掘进系统的正常运行,就要保证锚运一体机和掘进机之间的距离始终处于一个安全范围内。因此设计了一套自动跟随报警系统,采用2台激光测距仪测量锚运一体机与前方掘进机的距离,当锚运一体机和掘进机的距离超出或小于安全距离时,机器会根据井下实际情况进行报警或者自动移机,保证生产安全。 In order to meet the requirements of underground roadway excavation technology in coal mine,a rapid excavation system is composed of equipment such as excavation machine and anchor transport integrated machine,realizes the function of parallel operation of excavation and support,and supporting while excavating,improves production efficiency and excavation speed.In the rapid excavation system,the distance between the anchor transport integrated machine and the excavation machine becomes a key factor,to ensure the normal operation of the rapid excavation system,it is necessary to ensure that the distance between the anchor transport integrated machine and the excavation machine is always within a safe range.Therefore,an automatic following alarm system was designed,used two laser rangefinders to measure the distance between the anchor transport integrated machine and the front excavation machine,when the distance between the anchor transport integrated machine and the excavation machine exceeds or is less than the safe distance,the machine will alarm or automatically move according to the actual situation underground to ensure production safety.
