摘要
为提升矿用湿式过滤除尘器呼吸性粉尘除尘效率,以除尘器过滤单元过滤参数为实验对象,搭建过滤单元实验平台,研究除尘器过滤单元过滤形式、过滤网层数/除雾垫厚度、孔径、过滤风速等对呼尘除尘效果和阻力的影响规律。研究结果表明:相同条件下,10层20目金属过滤网过滤板过滤性能最佳,阻力1 370 Pa,呼尘除尘效率90.7%;过滤风速取7.8 m/s,除尘器呼吸性粉尘除尘效率最高;采用冲击式惯性分离器与滤网融合设计的过滤板能有效避免出现堵死导致除尘器风机损坏。研究结果可为优化矿用湿式过滤除尘器结构、提升呼尘除尘效率提供依据。
In order to improve the dust removal efficiency of respirable dust of mining wet filter dust collector,the filtration parameters of filter unit of dust collector were taken as the test object,and the test platform of filter unit was established to study the influence of filter form of filter unit of dust collector,number of filter layers/thickness of demisting pad,pore diameter and filtration wind speed on the dust removal effect and resistance of respirable dust.The results show that under the same conditions,the 10-layer 20-mesh metal filter plate has the best filtration performance,the resistance is 1370 Pa,and the dust removal efficiency is 90.7%.The filtration air velocity is 7.8 m/s,and the dust removal efficiency of the dust collector is the highest.The filter plate integrating impact inertial separator and filter screen can effectively avoid the damage of dust collector fan caused by blockage.The research results can provide basis for optimizing the structure of wet filter dust collector and improving the dust collection efficiency of respiratory dust.
