带深孔活塞杆的整体防护方法研究

摘要 为提高带深孔活塞杆的深孔防腐性及外表面耐磨、耐蚀性,以27SiMn为基体制备了活塞杆试样,分别进行QPQ处理、化学镀镍磷合金处理、化学镀镍磷合金套镀硬铬处理、电镀铜及化学镀镍磷合金套镀硬铬处理,检测了各种镀层的硬度、耐蚀性及结合力。结果表明,带深孔活塞杆经电镀铜及化学镀镍磷合金套镀硬铬复合处理后,镀层结合力优良,不仅能提高细长深孔的防腐性,又能提高活塞杆外表面的耐磨及耐蚀性,可解决带深孔活塞杆的整体防护问题。 In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the deep hole and the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the outer surface of the piston rod with deep hole,the piston rod samples were prepared with 27SiMn as the matrix,and QPQ treatment,electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy treatment,electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy coating hard chromium treatment,electroplated copper electroless and nickel-phosphorus alloy coating hard chromium treatment were carried out respectively.The hardness,corrosion resistance and adhesion of various coatings were tested.The results show that after the piston rod with deep hole was treated by electroplating copper and electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy coating hard chromium,the coating adhesion is excellent,which can not only improve the corrosion resistance of the slender deep hole,but also improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the outer surface of the piston rod,which can solve the integral protection problem of the piston rod with deep hole.
