钻杆内螺纹接头自动化加工工艺试验研究

摘要 针对钻杆接头内螺纹传统车削方式劳动强度大、人工成本高的问题,通过零件图样和工艺分析,试验对比了铣削加工和改进后的车削加工效果,结合加工的经济性和质量稳定性,设计了一种基于车削路径和高压冷却液冲洗断屑的工艺方案,为实现内螺纹接头全自动化加工提供了技术支撑。 In view of the problems of high labor intensity and high labor cost of the traditional turning method of the internal thread of the drill pipe joint,through the analysis of the part drawing and process,the milling and the improved turning effect were compared,and a chip breaking process scheme based on the turning path and high-pressure coolant flushing was designed in combination with the economy and quality stability of the processing,which provides technical support for the realization of the fully automatic processing of the internal thread joint.
