摘要
针对矿用发动机散热风扇的颤振抖动问题,采用结构仿生的方法,借鉴毛竹竹壁层和结构,提出了一种仿生多层阻尼结构叶片。基于振动力学理论,建立并解析该结构的动力学模型,结合某型矿用发动机散热风扇,设计叶片的仿生多层阻尼结构,运用有限元软件仿真分析仿生多层阻尼结构叶片的动力学响应。结果表明,2层阻尼结构叶片的散热风扇抑振效果更显著。仿生多层阻尼结构可成为矿用发动机散热风扇减振的新途径。
For vibration of mining engine fan flutter and skake problem,adopted the method of structure of bionic,consulted bamboo wall layer and structure,put forward a kind structure of bionic multi-layer damping blade.Based on the vibration mechanics of theory,established and analyzed the structure of the dynamic model.Combined with a type of mining engine heat dssipation fan,designed the bionic multi-layer damping structure of blade,and used the finite element software to simulate analyze the bionic multi-layer damping structure blade dynamic response.The results show that the heat dissipation fan of the two-layer damped structure blades is more effective.The bionic multi-layer damping structure can become a new way of mine engine heat dssipation fan.
